How do we start a project?

Reach out through our contact form or phone. We’ll schedule a no-obligation consultation to discuss your ideas, timeline, and budget before drafting a proposal. We can provide references from clients upon request.

Do you provide design services?

Yes, we work from our own designs, as well as those of architects and interior designers. We are primarily craftsmen, however we are passionate about good design and function in everything we build.

How do you charge for your work?

After agreeing on the scope, we will provide a good faith estimate for the project. We then work on a time and materials basis plus a 10 % overhead fee which is based on the estimate. Time has proven this to be the most fair arrangement that provides transparency and peace of mind for all parties.
